Network of Care

The National Association of Counties (NACo), in partnership with Trilogy Integrated Resources, is proud to announce that the innovative Network of Care Web sites and eLearning online training services are now available to county, local, and state agencies nationwide. The Network of Care is a highly interactive Web portal service that consumers, community-based organizations and local and state governments can use to access a wide variety of important information relating to social services. Individual websites are developed for behavioral health, seniors and people with disabilities, developmental disabilities, children and families, domestic violence, public health and probation services.

Selected through a nationally solicited competitive bid process by Fairfax County, Virginia, the NACo Financial Services Center (FSC) contract is available immediately. Acting as the lead public agency, Fairfax County, Virginia issued a national request for proposal (RFP) for a comprehensive, integrated Web-based information and referral system. Trilogy Integrated Resources’ Network of Care was selected as the sole provider of these services and partners with the NACo Financial Services Center (FSC) formally endorsed the national contract and began the partnership in November, 2008. The contract award is for three years, followed by three annual renewals. Most public agencies may "piggyback" on a contract competitively bid by another public agency, eliminating the need to re-bid.

The Network of Care web sites empower consumers, caregivers and providers with critical service information, support, advocacy, and state-of-the-art communication tools. Public and private agencies use a comprehensive eLearning management system, to develop, deliver, track and manage employee training. The powerful Network of Care tools offer states, counties, local governments and non-profit organizations affordable, easy-to-use Web-based solutions that deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.
